Islamar Bungalows
In our project we are very committed to the environment; we are located in a privileged place, from our viewpoint we have a spectacular view of the sea, we are 700 meters from Salango Island, with a view all the way to Isla de la Plata and Los Ahorcados. Diving spots, snorkeling , surfing, and all water sports, you can gain many experiences by collaborating with the project.
They will be staying in a house that they will share with other volunteers, it has a kitchen, a small living room and a bathroom, with a lot of nature around them.
We will carry out different activities together, we also do integrations with outdoor activities, such as campfires , grill, etc...

This volunteer work was very beautiful because I met the whales and other marine life, the place is large and very beautiful, I had a house with a sea view just for me.
Mrs. Ana and Mr. Cristian are really nice; above all, talk with Mrs. Ana about the daily tasks, she explains them very well and they are not difficult tasks.

An incredible place, surrounded by beautiful landscapes and abundant vegetation. What I liked most was the serenity of the surroundings, as well as being able to hear the sounds of nature. It was a very rewarding experience. Mrs. Ana and her husband were very kind and were always willing to listen to any concerns or suggestions. Undoubtedly, a place ideal for those seeking serenity and a connection with nature.

My time with Chris and Anna was truly unimaginable, the property is stunning, the energy of the place just charges up a person like no other. A short distance to the nearby town and lots of incredible beaches around. There are always lots of different things always needing to be done, but Ana is always considered of the climate of the day and adjusts tasks accordingly. I'm super grateful for their appreciation and support as I ended up going some art for them as the part of the experience which has truly been a highlight of my time here!

And once again I thank God for living such a special volunteering experience. Ana and Christian are incredible hosts, very generous people, with a huge heart. From the first moment they made me feel at home. Always willing to teach something new, they share knowledge that we carry with us for life. The work is excellent, even more so being in front of the sea with a wonderful view. The accommodation is comfortable and the schedules are respected. Whoever comes here will leave with a lot of learning. More than a volunteering, it's a true school of life. I highly recommend it! If you want to be happy!

My stay with Ana and Christian was truly enriching. The punctuality in sticking to the schedule is highly valued. Simple tasks explained from the start. The climate is hot, but that doesn't prevent you from fulfilling your duties. I really took away Christian's stories and I admire Ana's leadership, so if you're willing to step out of your comfort zone, this is the right place. Get ready to walk a lot and to witness Salango's most spectacular sunsets. It's a great base for enjoying the country's various beaches and spots. Ana and Chris are flexible in every sense.
