My volunteering at the host was amazing! Aguida is a great host, a wonderful companion, and very communicative… and her animals are absolutely lovely! I found the tasks very easy and Aguida organizes the day-to-day tasks properly. I also found the accommodation very comfortable. The location is great, it's close to several tourist spots and also to the town center (also good for those who need to do freelance gigs). I highly recommend this volunteering; whoever goes will be in good hands.

The experience with Aguida was amazing!! The tasks aren’t complicated and the working hours are respected, leaving plenty of time to enjoy the city every day!!! Her little animals are super cute and great companions. São Thomé is an amazing city and the experience is definitely worth it :)

Volunteering with Aguida was a great experience. The facilities are good and close to the city center. The tasks are easy, the hours are agreed upon and respected, leaving time to get to know the city, and she is always available to help with whatever is needed. São Thomé is a quiet city and I felt safe. I recommend volunteering and I hope to return soon ❤️

Aguida is a sweetheart, flexible, and also a local guide. The tasks are very easy, all schedules are respected and there is flexibility with days off and routine. São Tomé das Letras is my home in general, and volunteering contributes a lot to that ❤️
