Lemon Agro Farm

Our place is situated in Lap of Kahun Hill which is perfect location for day city view and evening sunset view with shining city lights in the panoramic view of Pokhara valley. We are budget friendly and no language barrier in family with harmonic environment. We offer multiple positions for our volunteers as per choice.

I am biological scientist currently running multiple projects in environment conservation. I have very well educated family with IT engineer brother and good family environment. We treat our volunteers as our Guest and always make them part of our family till their stay. We teach our volunteers local lifestyle, how to cook, how to grow and how to live like Nepali culture

I had a great experience at the project! All the family was so welcoming, we directly felt as if we were part of it! We were really lucky also to be shown around of the beautiful area of Fulbari. The work was not to hard, maybe 1h to 2h per day or as we wished and we got to do some diversified type of work. From planting rice and coffee trees to building an outdoor kitchen, we were always having fun while working, no stress. We also felt as if we could start initatives and be part of some project planning. We will keep some really good memories of the project and the family :) Belem <3

My experience at the project was great! I came without expectation, left the heart full of beautiful memories and connections. You will real get the sens of the way of living in Nepal as the family takes you as if you also were part of the family; eating, working, exchanging day-to-day life. You’ll also get to explore the surrounding of the era, with them or by yourself as it is close to the main city. Great overall experience!

Positives-Subash was very welcoming, but i only got to meet him on my 4th day there. Sushil has a long way to go in hosting.
Subash took me to Lakeside once, that was nice. You could tell he loves his work as an agriculturalist.

The project gives you the opportunity to take matters in your own hands. A wide area with plenty of natural resources and a natural spring bears lots of potential, gets you in touch with nature and gives you a break of the noisy city life. If you see projects you want to work on, Sushil will be happy to help and provide the tools you need. Sushmita made us truly feel like home, not only with the greatest dal bhat we've had in nepal but with engaging conversations about politics, philosophy, life and her caring nature. Local, family life at the project is a perfect to dive in Nepal!
