Merimbula
Our business has recently acquired a 70's retro motel on the top of the hill in Merimbula.
Merimbula itself is a beautiful seaside town on Australia's Sapphire Coast situated mid-way between Sydney and Melbourne and about 3 hours from Canberra. This is the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the big cities. A great location for peaceful relaxation and meditation.
There are areas around the property to sit and relax and we have lovely grounds and a swimming pool to enjoy. There are sweeping views of the ocean from every location including the pool.
We are looking for enthusiastic people who take pride in their work and would like to be a part of our family. You also get free use of our laundry facilities and of the bicycles that are kept on our property for staff use. We provide regular beer and pizza nights, movie nights and special dinners. These gatherings encourage social connections and friendships. It is our desire to provide excellent experiences for our team and welcome discussion on how we can best achieve this.

Working at Hillcrest was an amazing experience. The staff is awesome. Patrick is super friendly. The work it’s not too hard and you have enough free time to explore the town.
A great place if you want to improve your english too. Totally recommend it!

Merimbula is a nice little town perfect for those looking for a quiet place to relax. The hotel is on the top of a cliff with an incredible view and the beaches around are also really beautiful. The work is easy and only a couple of hours a day, had a great time there.

I had a very beautiful stay at hillcrest. If you are looking for a quite and beautiful place, that’s the way to go. The sunrises are incredible and it’s just a small paradise overall. The managers are friendly and just the people In general are very welcoming. Thanks for having me staying there, had a wonderful time. X

La experiencia fue buena por el equipo de voluntarios que tenía. Hubo momentos ( cuando había pocos voluntarios ) en donde el trabajo era bastante pero al haber más voluntarios era más agradable y tranquilo. La cocina muy bien, sala de estar también, habitaciones también ( depende si no te toco con alguien que ronca jajaj ).
El anfitrión Patrick es muy carismático y buena onda, pero la anfitriona deja mucho que desear, la distribución de las tareas no era equitativa y su actitud al proponerlas no era la adecuadas.
Salvo por este detalle, el resto de diez. He pasado buenos momentos.

El motel Hillcrest Motor Inn es genial. Patrick, el manager, te hace sentir una más desde el primer momento y está siempre atento a ti. El lugar es muy tranquilo, bonito y cómodo. Pese a estar un poco lejos a pie del centro, el paseo se hacia ameno.
Las vistas, los animales y la tranquilidad es lo mejor del lugar. ¡Recomendado totalmente!
