Hi! We are Cristiano and Marie, we live in Delfim Moreira in Minas Gerais. We are working with hotels and tourism in the beautiful Serra da Mantiqueira. We have 3 different places where we rent rooms to our clients : OCA DELFIM is the hotel in the center of Delfim Moreira. OCA ROÇA is our house where we also rent rooms and it's the place where our volunteers are staying as well. Oca Roça is located in Rosário, in the countryside of the city, 7km from the city center, surrounded by mountains. OCA CHALÉ, the third place, is a wooden house in the middle of the forest, 24km from the city of Delfim. We need help from the volunteers especially with the general maintenance of the house, keeping It clean and ready to welcome the guests. This parte is really importante for us. We also need help with the Animals (dogs, chickens and horses...), giving them food and taking good care of their needs so they stay healthy and happy. We have a big garden and a vegetable garden to take Care of as well. There is always something to do outside ! Other than cleaning and gardning we usually need help with other tasks as well : It can be painting, construction, planting, organizing... this will depend of the projects that are going on in the house! We also are really open to your ideas, so feel free to think about projects that you could work on and would be great for our space, we will be happy to hear It :) And of course If you have a special skill that could help our business you are more the welcome! We expect our volunteers to work 4 to 5 hours a day with 2 days off. We are counting on you to respect that, there is always something to do in a big house! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Olá! Somos Cristiano e Marie, moramos em Delfim Moreira em Minas Gerais. Trabalhamos com pousada e turismo na bela Serra da Mantiqueira. Temos 3 locais diferentes onde alugamos quartos para os nossos clientes. Oca Delfim fica no centro da cidade de Delfim Moreira. Oca Roça é a minha casa aonde ficam os voluntários e também alugamos quartos, este espaço fica na vila de Rosário a 7km do centro da cidade entre as montanhas da Mantiqueira! O terceiro lugar é o Oca Chalé, uma bela casa de madeira no meio da floresta a 24km da cidade de Delfim. Precisamos de ajuda para várias tarefas por aqui: principalmente ajudar na manutenção básica da casa pintar paredes e móveis, construção, jardinagem, cuidar dos cães e galinhas, e! Mantemos a casa e as áreas comuns sempre limpas para os nossos clientes e tentamos fazê-los sentir-se em casa durante a sua estadia. Esperamos que nossos voluntários trabalhem de 4 a 5 horas por dia com 2 dias de folga para o seu tempo livre durante a semana.
