Because we apply sustainability principles in the design and operation of our ecolodge, a pioneering and special establishment in Jalapão, as well as promote environmental conservation in our region, involving our neighbors and the surrounding community in partnership with educational and research institutions. We are also founders of a private conservation unit created by ICMBio, the RPPN Catedral do Jalapão.

Personally I have a background tied to the environmental cause, which led me to pursue a professional career aimed at aligning technical theory with the application of sustainable-use alternatives in the field, inspiring me to implement this project in an area of significant ecological value. We are a team dedicated to caring for the preservation of our nature and also to welcoming and explaining to our visitors about the region's history and the lifestyle of its elders, as well as composed of technicians in safe driving and environmental management and holistic therapies. Volunteers are invited to get to know the ecosystem of our area and to participate in monitoring activities and the implementation of trails, tourism operation and sustainable food production, as well as in the generation of new products/services. Since our profile focuses on acquiring new applicable knowledge, our purpose in joining the program is precisely to receive volunteers in a professional and courteous environment, emphasizing relationships of personal and ethical respect, stimulating the appreciation of their experiences as a principle of exchange and innovation.
