My first experience at Worldpackers was wonderful! The inn is located in a paradise between forest and beach. Mara is welcoming, she made me feel at ease and introduced me to the local culture. The tasks are calm. Two points: Mara is frequently away and Ezequiel takes over the routine; although she has been kind at various moments, at other times I felt a little unwelcome. The social media position also includes tasks of the inn, which are a priority. It was a very special experience, in a place that already makes me nostalgic. I would definitely come back, even more knowing that my dog is welcome.

It is a quiet place, set apart from the bustle to spend a season in total calm, enjoy a beach that is not crowded and very clean, just a 15-minute walk from the inn, and also very close to a beautiful river. The local culture is also interesting. In the experience they do not offer tours or free excursions, but you can count on transport to go explore nearby towns on your own. You must comply with the 5 official hours of cleaning work. As for the food, I missed variety in the menu, but I appreciate everything I ate and tried.

The guesthouse is beautiful and perfect for anyone who wants to connect with nature and rest. The beach is amazing! Mara and Ezequiel are very welcoming; they give rides to help you explore the region, there are bicycles available for volunteers, and Ezequiel cooks very well. There was also a very special cultural exchange: Mara taught me how to make canjicão, and Ezequiel shared recipes and life experiences. The only note is that, although the app mentions different tasks, in practice the work is cleaning.
