Puerto Bianco - Private residence collection

Our property is part of a nearly 80-year-old iconic tourist destination in Mexico, kilometers of wonderful beaches in the middle of the Costa Chica, near the coastal city of Acapulco. This tourist area receives tens of thousands of visitors every year who come to spend great times in family or get some rest into a beautiful nature environment. Our ocean front hotel is a long term project, which includes luxury villas; four new accommodations, a beach club and a restaurant (International gastronomy). Also new attractions that teach visitors about the culture, gastronomy, and ecology of this fascinating place; In addition, we are working on a new project, leading people through local crafts-market, and organizes artistic events such as live music, art workshops, and more.

We are looking for people that are willing to commit to our high season, October-August. Expect to be fully integrated into our team, joining us for staff meetings, off-site team-building activities, family dinners, and more. Ours is a top-notch organization with the highest standards imaginable so we are looking for people who are keenly interested engaging in the work here, pushing themselves to develop new skills and contribute to our burgeoning institution. We are looking for people who want to combine career-building with their travel experiences!

I could no longer go to the hotel. Quentin was very kind, but due to the hurricanes Quentine said it would be better to postpone by one week for safety reasons. But as the date approached, the hurricanes continued and there was a possibility to postpone it for another week. But I had already left the house where I lived and could keep waiting, so I decided to cancel, informing Quentin in advance, and to look for a place where the hurricanes would not affect us and to be able to arrive immediately.

My experience in Puerto Bianco was excellent; it delivers what it offers, and the days are calm depending on occupancy. We were far from town, which is useful if you're looking for peace. The hotel's amenities are good, and being just meters from the beach is a plus. We saw turtles and starry skies ✨ Quentin attended to my need because I was not handling the heat well and moved me to a different room, which I appreciate. Thanks for having me; I leave with a unique experience and good memories with the team.

The hotel was an incredible experience for me! During my volunteering I could learn a lot and be part of a very nice team in the da&B area. The work environment is very good, the team is friendly, respectful, and there is always good energy. I felt very welcomed from the first day and I enjoyed collaborating and learning new things. Also, the place is beautiful and tranquil, surrounded by nature, which makes the whole experience even more special. Thanks to the hotel for this month so beautiful. Without a doubt it's a place I would recommend to other volunteers. 🌿✨

It was a nice place, spanish is necessary to be able to effectively communicate. Its remote no stores or restaurants around so just be ok with isolation. I enjoyed how close it was to the beach. I also like having laundry on site.

Thank you for your honest and direct review, Miaya!

It really sounds like you got to experience that pure, total-disconnect vibe that so many people dream about!

That remote spot with the beach just steps away is an absolute dream: picture waking up to the sound of the waves and walking straight into that clear water… pure paradise!

And yeah, knowing Spanish makes a huge difference for chatting easily.

Great place if you love nature and really want to disconnect from everything; the beach is great and calm, and there is good communication with the host via calls or messages to resolve any questions that arose over the days. I was able to see turtles hatch in front of the accommodation, and the nights are truly starry and peaceful. 👍🏻 The dawn bike rides were undoubtedly good.
