My name is Almudena. I am the mother of two children and I live accompanied by my 30-year-old son, who has special needs and who is my angel 💛. I am a life coach, NLP trainer, trained in Emotional Intelligence, and I am also a yoga instructor and caregiver. I personally manage my house and the spaces of gardens and housing, since I do not have a work team: I am at the head of the project together with my family. That is why the help of volunteers is so important to me. Their collaboration in daily tasks allows me to keep taking care of the home, my son and the common areas. I deeply believe in humane and close treatment, and the volunteer people will always be received and treated with respect, affection and trust, with clear roles and direct support from me.

I make sure that coexistence is sincere and kind, without harmful attitudes, and that empathy, mutual help and good energy prevail 🌸. I feel an honest gratitude for those who have passed through here, for those who are here and for those who will arrive, because together we are learning day by day.
