Hello, we are a small group of friends and we have some houses in the central region of Portugal. Our various activities range from alternative therapies to crafts, to tourism, to transportation, restaurants, animal care, gardening and agriculture. The photos are illustrative. Our experience with Ana was very good. She is very kind, attentive, and speaks several languages. We talked in Spanish and French, and she also taught us some words in Portuguese. We really enjoyed sharing this time with her and her cats. Ana rescues many cats, so it is important to be comfortable with the care and cleaning. We also helped with household chores, food, plants, and crafts. The location is great for getting to know São Martinho, Nazaré, Óbidos, and Alcobaça. We are very grateful for the experience!

We had a great experience at Ana Paula's house! 😊 She welcomed us very warmly, is friendly and helpful, and speaks Spanish, English, French and Portuguese, which makes communication much easier.
The routine included cleaning the litter boxes, sweeping and wiping, helping with meals and organizing the garage/workshop. At night, we cleaned the boxes and watered the garden.
The cats are adorable, especially the kittens! 🐱❤️ The house is old and can have quite a bit of dust and accumulated objects, so you need to be willing to clean regularly.

Ana Paula, or as I have learned to call her: Dona Ana, is an incredible and formidable person. If she sees in you a spark of will, interest, respect and commitment, she will give you the best that anyone can offer; an unforgettable person!
As for the activities, Dona Ana is flexible and everything is resolved through frank and transparent conversations. The tasks are simple and very pleasant, especially with cats, which I will never forget, especially my Mamaita 🖤
It was a great first volunteering experience and I am immensely grateful for this learning that I will carry with me for life!

We come as a couple and honestly it was a beautiful experience. Ana Paula is a lovely person, super kind and friendly, interested in creating a nice space for socializing, empathetic, entrepreneurial, and very helpful.

I do not recommend. The volunteer did not want to get up in the morning. He did not show willingness to help. He was unwilling and living at my expense. He was always closed in his room and online. He was extremely rude in all respects. He took advantage of when no one was at home to leave without saying anything. After he had left I sent him a message but I did not receive a reply. What a lack of consideration. He shouldn't have shown up there. I really wouldn't recommend him at all.
