Taoro Coliving

You will have your own private room with a double bed and a bathroom. As part of the family you will also have access to all the common areas of the house during your stay like everybody else, such as the co-working spaces, kitchen, pool, sauna, cinema room, garden etc. You will have your own fridge space and storage space in the kitchen. You will join the Monday Dinner and Friday Brunch as well as have access to basic breakfast items ( oatmeal, eggs, toast, fruit) You can participate and get involved in the activities for the guest, such as Yoga, Meditations, Jams, Improv etc. And one of the 5 days will be dedicated also to leading an activity of your choice.

This will be a great opportunity for cultural exchange as you will be meeting people from all over the world staying with us as well as many locals which visit the community during some of the events or that you will have a chance to meet at the many events in town. We also create the right environment for people to discover the island and many of its local traditions and festivities such as Romerias, Carnivals, Bailes de Magos, Embarcacion de la virgen, to name but a few which we love to participate in.

I am a local who has lived on the island most of my life and opened the coliving 5 years ago, creating a space for digital nomads to discover the island and become part of an intimate coliving community.

Our experience with a past volunteer was great and we would love to continue sharing our project and our experiences with travelers from all over the world. We are happy to pass some of our responsibilities to you and we are looking forward to get new inputs and ideas that you maybe want to share with us.

The coliving is a type of magic that can't be explained until you experience it for yourself. Volunteering here was by far my best experience yet. The tasks were easy and you have so much free time to relax and enjoy the island. The house is so peaceful and serene. You can swim in the pool, read, or work and just feel so at home. The accommodations also exceeded my expectations. I can't wait to go back one day! Thank you Rami for everything :)

A magical place that welcomes very special people. From those spaces that embrace you, sofas for long conversations, silent sunsets in incredible colors, some days with fresh breezes and others with Calima, this place makes you feel at home. But undoubtedly, the people make it unforgettable. Three weeks fly by, especially in places where you are treated so well, the food is so delicious and you can enjoy how special the island is from above. Thank you, Rami, for your support, flexibility, patience, willingness, and care for every detail. I will surely return <3

My volunteering experience at the coliving was amazing! I met people from many countries and made good connections. I enjoyed cooking, especially family dinners on Mondays and brunch on Fridays, which was always fun and rewarding. Tasks were simple and well organized thanks to Rami, who is always helpful, flexible, and welcoming. Responsibilities included housekeeping, laundry, outdoor maintenance, cooking, and guest check-ins/outs. I highly recommend it! I couldn't have chosen a better place for my first volunteering experience. :)

The 3 months i spent at the coliving was my first volunteer experience, and it could not have been more magical. i knew very little about tenerife before arriving, and i quickly fell in love with this island and the coliving community. Rami was an incredibly welcoming, organized, funny, sociable, and kind host and friend to me, and had a lot of patience with me as i learned the ropes with volunteering and accommodated me as i navigated some life challenges. At the coliving, I improved my cooking skills, connected with some amazing travelers, attended Carnival, and even learned to sail. Highly recommend!

The coliving has been a brief yet deep experience for me. Rami is the best host you could ask for, he immediately makes you feel at home and he welcomes you to the real local life. Days go by smoothly, and tasks are so varied, from housekeeping to community management to social media management. Please come to this paradise and experience life in the real Tenerife!!
