Tenerife Experience Hostel

We are a quiet and friendly hostel located in the heart of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, in a well-connected area that makes it easy to explore the island by public transport, car or scooter.

What really defines us is the vibe: we aim to create a chill, welcoming space with good energy, where both guests and volunteers feel comfortable and part of a small community.

Volunteering is straightforward, mainly cleaning tasks, with few hours per day, which leaves you plenty of free time to enjoy the island. In addition, we offer 4 days off per week, ideal if you want to explore Tenerife at a relaxed pace or even combine it with other plans.

More than prior experience, we value people with a good attitude, open and keen to contribute a good vibe. We like to share moments together naturally, without pressure, always maintaining a relaxed environment.

At Tenerife Experience Hostel we are a close, approachable team focused on creating a calm, welcoming environment with good energy for both guests and volunteers. We like people to feel comfortable from the first day and for the hostel to function as a small community.

We work in a relaxed but responsible way. We greatly value respect, communication and a good atmosphere. We are always available to help, listen to ideas or resolve any questions during the stay.

Volunteers are treated as part of the team. The work is straightforward and mainly consists of cleaning tasks, about 3–4 hours per day, four days a week, which leaves plenty of free time to enjoy the island or rest.

For us, commitment is very important. We look for responsible people who respect the agreed volunteering time, since this is key to the good functioning of the team and coexistence. More than experience, we value attitude, good energy and the desire to contribute to the hostel ambiance.
