Looking for an unforgettable experience in Northern Albania? Want to meet amazing people, explore the best of Shkoder, and be part of a hostel that thrives on adventure? We are creating Albania's first true party hostel, and we are searching for outgoing, motivated volunteers who love socializing, take initiative, and know how to keep the good times rolling.

As part of our team, you’ll bring the energy, help lead daily activities, and make sure every night is one to remember. From helping create an amazing atmospheres at drinking games, leading the pub crawl to new and exciting bars and clubs in Shkoder, you’ll also play a key role in making guests feel welcome. You’ll also help with hostel tours at reception, keep the hostel clean and comfortable, and take part in our daily homemade family dinners.

If you have a creative side, we have specialized roles for content creators, mural artists, event leads, adventure guides, and maintenance helpers. Whether you’re capturing wild moments for social media, painting murals, organizing events, leading hikes, or keeping things running smoothly, there’s always a way to put your skills to good use.

We’re looking for sociable, fun-loving team players who enjoy partying but also know how to keep things organized. While experience is a plus, it’s not required—we’ll show you the ropes. What matters most is a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to contribute.

Solo travellers are preferred, though we sometimes accept pairs of friends. Unfortunately, we can’t take couples. We have a 3 week minimum stay, but also a 2-week probation period to make sure it’s a great fit for everyone.

Along with my staff, BigMike, Sydney, and Dan, we have created a family of international travellers and lifetime friends. We are not just a hostel; we are a home away from home, which is why most of our volunteers find it impossible to leave!
