Since I arrived, the owner was very kind to me and always was willing to help. The other volunteers also made the environment very pleasant and it was easy to feel part of the team. The reception work was easy and helped me improve my English even more. If you want to get to know Cali's culture, it's a good idea. I would like to add a not-so-positive aspect: the bad attitude of the person in charge of breakfasts and cleaning, since from the first day she was unfriendly, and I later found out that it wasn't an isolated case as other volunteers and guests mentioned it as well.

Overall I had a good experience, the hostel has an unbeatable location close to everything you might need, the tasks were clear and so were the schedules, I would recommend the experience to future volunteers! Thanks for everything

My experience at the hostel was very good from the beginning. Ancizar, the owner, answered all my questions with kindness and gave me the opportunity since it was my first volunteering. The hostel is very welcoming and is located in a good area. The tasks and the schedules to be followed were respected at all times. I was able to meet many people from other countries and also take advantage of the free salsa classes. I recommend volunteering to anyone who is still not sure.

I had a great time during my stay on the hostel, they have a great location and the hostel has good facilities. The people there are very warm and friendly. Would totally recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Cali.
