The Trip Hostel
The hostel has the perfect combination of good vibes and comfort. It's owned and operated by three young Punta del Este locals that go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay. There is a fully-equipped kitchen, BBQ areas, a rooftop terrace, and a common area with cable TV and a DVD player that you can use. You are also welcome to BYOB into the hostel to enjoy in our bar.

The Trip Hostel was my first home outside Brazil. It was great to learn from Juani and the other volunteers. I grew a lot during the time I was with them. Everyone was very attentive to me; I can't thank them enough.
The work routine is very calm and Juani makes us feel very at ease to do things at our own pace. The spirit of the house is one of collective work and everyone helps each other to make the space more pleasant and comfortable for everyone.
I will definitely come back!

How awesome to be at the hostel for almost a month! It was a great experience. The hostel welcomes people from all over, and as a result, the exchange of experiences happens daily and naturally. Juani is super flexible with the schedules and a great partner (which already sets the tone of the hostel). There I had Fernet for the first time, I learned about the reservation system and, on top of that, built relationships that I know will last.

I had an amazing experience volunteering at the hostel! I couldn't have asked for a better place to have my first World Packers experience! The people at the hostel were the best part of my stay! It felt like its own little family. Thank you to everyone who made me feel welcomed and at home.
