My experience at the hostel was very good! Tiago is a friendly host, open to chatting and helping you whenever he can. There is flexibility to choose schedules and days off, and that is very good. The other volunteers were very kind, good teammates and friends. The hostel is very nice, spacious, comfortable and very clean. The tasks are simple and do not require heavy work for anything. I highly recommend volunteering at the hostel!

My experience was good, the hostel is beautiful and comfortable, the host Tiago welcomed me very well, the tasks were respected, there is a laundry with discount for us, I managed to get a job outside and they adjusted the schedule so I could balance it, I am very grateful for that. If you have any questions you can ask me.

It's a super fair deal! Very simple tasks, very cozy facilities! As a volunteer, you yourself, together with the other volunteers of the moment, choose your 4 days of exchange according to your preference, in the time I was there most guests were Brazilian, so I had the opportunity to practice my Portuguese and be introduced to Brazilian culture and hospitality, I fell in love with the friendly treatment! Both the host, as well as the volunteers and the guests were super friendly! Important, breakfast is exclusively from 7am to 9am when it is served at the table for both guests and voluntari

The person you report to in person is not a manager, but a friend of the owner, who kicked out a volunteer with shouting, threats and insults in the morning. Regardless of what the volunteer did, could this person act like that? For some things she calls the shots, and for others 'it's just the owner's friend' - nothing professional, it's a gray area and the atmosphere is panoptic.
Guests who arrive later and the coffee preparation, which requires waking up 40 minutes earlier (even though the host insists it's 10 minutes) exceed the hours agreed on the platform. Other than these points everything's great!
