The time I spent with the hotel was truly special. As a bartender, it was a wonderful experience for me to be part of a sweet, loving family—an environment that allowed me to practice my craft within a different culture and engage in deep conversations with the guests who visited. Plus, learning about Vietnamese culture through the hotel was an added bonus.

It was a good experience overall. Good to know more of the local culture as the hostel is runned by a family. I went on the low season so sometimes the town could be very quiet. The organisation and communication were not very clear but the owner said he will fix that with the new volunteers.
