I spent almost 3 weeks there. My job was to brush off and repoint an old wall. The working hours were very fair. Basic food supplies were provided, but I felt they were a bit scarce. I should have bought more myself. I wish this had been communicated better beforehand. The house is surrounded by beautiful nature (10 min drive or a 1,5 h walk to the nearest village). It was quite cold in the house in March. On our days off, Renzo drove us to beaches and to Santiago, which was wonderful! Overall it was a cool project and a nice experience. I had a good time with Renzo and the other volunteers.

Cool project in a nice peaceful location! Groceries provided were quite basic, and we had to buy some of our own as it wasn’t clear exactly what was going to be available. On our day off Renzo was very kind to drive us to the beach! The communication seemed a little off a times and one evening we ended up having to take a taxi back to the house. Overall, a pretty good experience and easy going stay.

The house is located in a rural setting, called "Sande Arriba", away from the village. Ideal for connecting with nature. But if you do not have a car you depend exclusively on Renzo to get around, who, fortunately, has been very accommodating.
Regarding the food that is offered, while there are basic provisions, it is necessary to buy your own to have complete meals.
The work we did was mainly construction; it required effort but it was not heavy. It is something I had never done before, so I learned new things.

The house is very pretty and it's nice to see it taking shape with each intervention. I enjoyed being part of its transformation. It is located in a rural setting, called “Sande Arriba”, away from the village. So if you don't have a car you depend entirely on moving around with Renzo, who, luckily, has shown good willingness and, in addition to the walks offered by the volunteering program, was flexible and took us on other occasions when we needed him. Regarding the food, basic supplements are provided, so to assemble dishes and be able to vary them it was necessary to buy our own food.
