The Experience

Hello, We have a lovely living environment that requires ongoing maintenance. We are looking for Worldpackers who will share with us 'room and board' in a friendly, warm, often musical atmosphere, a helping hand with the maintenance of our green spaces: mowing the lawns, watering the plants, planting shrubs, sowing vegetables. We are very mindful of ecological respect for our environment.

From where do I begin, I had the best experience. Martine is such an exceptional person she is super caring and welcoming she made me feel like it’s my home. She is amazing and super nice. She has lots of knot to share about sustainability, environment, and gardening. A 10/10 experience

Our second volunteering experience near Le Mans was great. Martine, the host, is lovely, very warm, an amazing cook, and explains everything with total patience. Her husband is an artist who likes things his own way, which is completely understandable given his age. The accommodation they provided was very comfortable and pleasant. As for the tasks, they are typical countryside chores—not the easiest, but definitely not impossible. Overall, it was a very positive and memorable stay
