My experience with Giannina was absolutely wonderful. She is such a lovely person, always willing to help and incredibly caring and kind. From the very beginning, she made me feel at home. She cooks delicious food and always made sure everyone felt comfortable and happy. One of the things I enjoyed the most was that she took us to explore so many beautiful places around the hostel, which made the experience even more special. Staying with her was truly an unforgettable experience, and I highly recommend her as a Worldpackers host. Thank you for everything, Giannina!

Sadly, I can't recommend it here. I've done tons of exchanges, and there's very little that bothers me. I even did extra work for Gia! BUT I want to warn others: any messages you get from her are actually from previous volunteers. She does not actually offer daily breakfast, nor did she stick to consistent hours (or even tasks!) The sleeping spaces are kept at about 91°F or 32°C, and when we asked to use the AC attached to our own wall, she told us we could turn it on for $200USD. The other volunteers even reported leaving false positive reviews for this experience in fear of retaliation.

Destacamos la preocupación por ofrecer opciones de alimentación vegana y en mi caso, libre de gluten también. Fue un aspecto muy positivo de la experiencia. Nuestro voluntariado fue diferente según la descripción, además de las tareas relacionadas con redes sociales, realizamos labores de limpieza del hostal lo que no estaba claramente especificado. Aspectos a mejorar: mayor organización en cuanto horario semanal, funciones y prioridades. Creemos que sería importante para mejorar la experiencia del voluntariado.

Agradecemos la oportunidad de haber participado en este voluntariado y destacamos la disposición de la anfitriona para adaptarse a nuestra alimentación vegana, un aspecto que valoramos mucho. Sin embargo, nuestra experiencia fue distinta a la que esperábamos según la descripción publicada. Además de las tareas relacionadas con redes sociales, realizamos labores de limpieza y mantenimiento que no estaban claramente especificadas al momento de postular. Creemos que una mayor claridad en las funciones y una mejor organización contribuirían a una experiencia más positiva para futuros voluntarios.

El hostel es un lugar muy bonito. Cerca de playas muy hermosas a las que puedes acceder facilmente ya sea por transporte privado o público. Recomiendo la estadía ya que es sencilla y te da tiempo perfecto para explorar la zona antes de que anochezca. Te queda cerca un supermercado y la señora te facilita el desayuno. Giannina es una persona muy amable que siempre procura que estés bien.

Fue muy bonito compartir experiencias culturas con Milton, siempre estuvo colaborando de la mejor forma , atento a todas las necesidades del lugar, buen compañero , trabajo bien en equipo, se comunicó y se integró con todo el grupo, de carácter alegre . Nos ayudó en jardinería , computación y realizo buenas fotos y videos del lugar . Te invitamos a esta tu casa en Flamingo para que regreses las veces que quieras. Gracias
