The Experience

We are a friendly hostel located in a vibrant neighborhood of Turpan. More than just a place to sleep, we are a community full of stories and international connections. We are looking for a responsible, easy-going, and culturally curious volunteer to join our small team and be part of this journey. you will help us with the landery, feed the cat and walk the dog, assist with check-in of foreign guests etc.

The hostel has a nice atmosphere, with a friendly staff and guests from all over the world. The most common tasks I did were helping with the laundry in the morning and walking the cute dog. The city has a lot of history and authentic culture, and I was able to explore many spots in my free time. There are interesting things to see in the vicinity of the hostel, like the locals making delicious naan or noodles. The weather can be very hot outside but they have air conditioning in the bedrooms. I really enjoyed this experience and I'd like to come back soon. Thank you!

I had a great time volunteering here in Dapu hostel in Turpan! The host Ms Tang is really nice!! She speaks perfect English and we communicated well! She also helped with the bedsheet washing and sometimes she cooked for volunteers!! Very delicious Chinese dishes! The work is easy and I also had time to explore around! I highly recommend this experience!
