Our volunteers will help us maintain the cleanliness of the common areas, especially the kitchen and bathrooms. We have a dedicated cleaning staff member. It is a very flexible program. The host doesn't speak much English, so it's preferable to know some Spanish if you come. i was expecting mural painting, but in fact it is a very chill front desk job. i can just read when there is no visitors.

Super friendly and welcoming team, chill and flexible work hours. Mostly reception and chatting with customers. I had 3h shifts in the mornings. Hostel is very nice and got to meet nice people, volunteers sleep in other place tho, different House for volunteers. When I came here I didn't speak spanish, just English and portuguese in some level, my language skills were not A problem, also got to learn some spanish while the people here. The town of Pisac is super sweet and lot of hiking opportunitues around.

After confirming my stay and booking flights to Cusco, the host unfortunately stopped responding. Despite reaching out multiple times, I received no communication. This left me in a difficult position where I had to secure emergency housing at the last minute. While the project itself seemed promising, the lack of reliability and communication made the experience stressful and disappointing.
