Working with the organization was a great experience Dino is a very attentive host always makes sure you have what you need, though his workstyle is a little chaotic you do need to be very flexible with plans. The house is well equipped but far from the centre which makes the commute a bit of a chore. The work itself was very rewarding. Overall a good experience :)

I had a great time! Raul was so nice, generous and also flexible with my working hours. I stayed there while it was raining a lot so he kindly invited me and my friend(not his volunteer!) to go with him and his family on vacation to Camaná at the beach. We felt like a part of the family and I got to know Raul a bit better. He is just such a kind person and while working, we came along good, it was fun and without any pressure. We met as equals, were joking around and something would drink a few beers after work. I had a room and kitchen for myself and felt really comfortable. Thank you!🫂

Amelie, gracias por compartir con COPLAN y apoyar en toda la implementación del Centro de Liderazgo, ha quedado muy lindo, los arboles, las pinturas, los jardines y todos los ambientes.
Para mi y mi familia también ha sido lindo compartir días en la playa y en el trabajo, siempre serás bienvenida, buen viaje.

We really enjoyed the insights into this interesting project with young people. Dino was a motivated, supportive boss, encouraging us to participate in the workshop with presentations. He also was really flexible with the working hours. The tasks agreed on were mostly respected, but the first two days we helped with the cleaning of his garden and house for his birthday. Other things however didnt seem too polite for us, e.g. that it was implicitely expected that we cook for the host and ourselves. Our accomodation was changed multiple times between the family houses, so we had to be flexible.

Se aceptó el apoyo de la voluntaria Isabell, pero cuando nos solicitó apoyar a su enamorado JANIK fuera de Worldpackers indicamos que habría variación en la habitación con la finalidad de brindarles mayor comodidad.
Todas las actividades fueron consultadas previamente, nuestro apoyo ha superado las expectativas y para próximas fechas, NO recibiremos a parejas que no están en el perfil y será requisito que se encuentren en el perfil de worldpakers.
