Working with Coplan was a great experience Dino is a very attentive host always makes sure you have what you need, though his workstyle is a little chaotic you do need to be very flexible with plans. The house is well equipped but far from the centre which makes the commute a bit of a chore. The work itself was very rewarding. Overall a good experience :)

Thank you very much for your kind words and for sharing your experience! 😊

It has been a pleasure having you with COPPLAN. I truly appreciate your flexibility and your willingness to adapt to changes when plans moved a little more than expected. I'm also glad to hear that you found the work rewarding and that you felt comfortable in the house.

I wish you all the best in your upcoming projects and adventures. COPPLAN's doors will be open for you whenever you want to return!

I had a great time!
Raul was so nice, generous and also flexible with my working hours.
I stayed there while it was raining a lot so he kindly invited me and my friend(not his volunteer!) to go with him and his family on vacation to Camaná at the beach. We felt like a part of the family and I got to know Raul a bit better. He is just such a kind person and while working, we came along good, it was fun and without any pressure. We met as equals, were joking around and something would drink a few beers after work. I had a room and kitchen for myself and felt really comfortable. Thank you!🫂

Amelie, thank you for sharing with COPLAN and for supporting the entire implementation of the Leadership Center; it has turned out very nice—the trees, the paintings, the gardens, and all the spaces.

For me and my family it has also been nice to share days on the beach and at work, you will always be welcome, have a good trip.

We really enjoyed the insights into this interesting project with young people. Dino was a motivated, supportive boss, encouraging us to participate in the workshop with presentations. He also was really flexible with the working hours. The tasks agreed on were mostly respected, but the first two days we helped with the cleaning of his garden and house for his birthday. Other things however didnt seem too polite for us, e.g. that it was implicitely expected that we cook for the host and ourselves. Our accomodation was changed multiple times between the family houses, so we had to be flexible.

Support from volunteer Isabell was accepted, but when she asked us to support her lover JANIK outside Worldpackers, we indicated that there would be variation in the room in order to provide them with greater comfort.
All activities were discussed beforehand; our support has exceeded expectations and for future dates, we will not accommodate couples who are not on the Worldpackers profile, and it will be a requirement that they are listed on the Worldpackers profile.

Our volunteering with the organization has been exceptional. Dino Raúl welcomed us from the very beginning as if we were family, opening the doors of his home and giving us the opportunity to live the culture and the country up close. The collaboration has stood out for its great flexibility and the freedom it has given us to propose our own ideas. It has been very easy to work with him and we carry unforgettable memories from these weeks. Thank you very much for everything!

Our experience with the organization has been very good. From the first moment, Dino Raúl made us feel at home and opened the doors to his home and to his family, giving us the opportunity to get to know his culture and the country.

The work has been very flexible and has given us freedom to contribute our ideas. It has been very easy to work with him and we have very good memories from these weeks. Thank you very much for everything!
