I had an amazing time! Alfonso is by far the warmest host I have ever had. He is incredibly generous and kind, and very patient with my almost non existent Spanish.
The work is extremely reasonable. The property is amazing (washing machines make me happy, ) and you can access the river from the back. And the valley is stunning.
I got to meet and hang out with Alfonso’s friends, who are just as kind and inviting as him, and the other volunteers were also amazing.
Alfonso also graciously had me for an extra week, and I couldn’t have been more happy. I highly recommend.

My experience in the house was very nice. Don Alfonso is a very kind, generous person and always made me feel very comfortable. The house is beautiful, the natural surroundings are peaceful and the climate is cool. The tasks I performed were simple and in line with the exchange. I am leaving very grateful and with very fond memories. 🌿❤️

I have been traveling for six years and up to now this could easily be one, if not the best place where I have volunteered. The host is a very humanitarian, loving, cheerful, positive, kind, responsible man, generous in his sharing. A born collaborator, always in favor of helping to improve his surroundings in general, and much more among all that, including a good friend!
Personally, I feel very grateful for the time at the house, which for me is a pleasant gift from the universe. Thanks to worlpackers and Alfonzo for their willingness and help.

Undoubtedly one of my best homes; I felt really comfortable in every aspect... I didn't want to leave anymore, haha. Alfonso is an incredibly kind, flexible person with a big heart, which makes you feel at home; the nature there is beautiful, even better. I shared with the other volunteers what made it even better. Immensely grateful for everything and a BEAUTIFUL place.

Unfortunately, I only stayed one week at the house, but as soon as I arrived at the house, I felt at home. Alfonso's kindness and his ability to make you feel welcomed made the experience even better. The tasks were reasonable, and I never hesitated to ask anything; it always made us feel comfortable. I would really like to stay longer because I had a great time.
