My experience in Tokushima has been great!! I'm so happy I came and thankful with Shinri-san and the volunteers I've met for all the good memories and meals we've shared together! I recommend this experience if you are interested in connecting with local children and other volunteers while doing gardening and other activities :)

I definitely recommend this volunteer opportunity. It demands commitment and responsibility. It was wonderful experience! We met some amazing local people and learn a lot about daily life. You'll have the chance to play with many children and discover what kinds of games they enjoy. My favorite activity was the language café, an event where we can exchange languages and culture with people from different countries. Take the time to learn a few words of basic Japanese to make interacting with the children easier. Pack appropriate and confortable shoes and clothes, you may get wet or dirty.
