My name is Hanh, and I own Bee Lucky Homestay, located on Cat Ba Island, Hai Phong City. I am looking for 4 volunteers for the following positions: customer service, beverage preparation and sales (including wine, beer, and other soft drinks), room and grounds cleaning, and online services such as video creation, photography, and live streaming on digital platforms.

Pésima experiencia, espero que saquen a este hostal de WorldPackers, es un peligro para los voluntarios. Luego de aceptar las condiciones expuestas en WorldPackers, llegas al lugar y te cambia las reglas. Te quiere trabajando 8 horas diarias y a su libre disposición, una completa locura. En la cocina guarda alimentos con fecas de ratones, gallinas y otros animales, un peligro de contaminación para todos quienes se alimentan ahí. Los lugares donde cocinas lleno de hongos. Es una condición de explotación, no un voluntariado. Tengo las pruebas en mi celular.

Pésima experiencia, la anfitriona es una aprovechadora con los voluntarios,pretende que estés todo el día en el hostel ,y a libre disposición de sus horarios y necesidades. Si le pones límites y dices que no seguirás realizando tareas fuera de tu horario laboral , se molesta y te expulsa del voluntariado. Alegando que otros voluntarios le trabajan hasta 8 horas diarias. A pesar de llegar a un acuerdo previo de las horas de trabajo según lo que ella específica en wordpackers, en la práctica no lo cumple. Además tiene artefactos eléctricos en mal estado,y alimentos con hongos y fecas de gallinas
