If you like nature and you want to recharge your energy in the mountains its a really nice place.
The staff members are really nice and easy to talk to, the work isn't really hard or that time consuming so we had a lot of free time.
Having a international driving licence or a translation of your driving licence is really helpful for the groceries.
It was a really nice experience and i would love to come back in winter.
Thank you again for this pleasant stay.

Very nice place and very beautiful, every day I can't believe in how nice is the nature here! The work is pretty simple and they respect the time! Usually you start at 10am and it goes until 2pm but sometimes even earlier when is not too busy. I stayed in a house with the other staffs and I had a private room for myself, very big and very nice with tatami, you can cook in the house and if you have drive license you can take one of the cars and do your own things, that's very nice! Also the house is like 20 meters from the cable car to go up to the mountain and there's a food onsen near

This volunteering seemed to be really professional, we had an interview beforehand and had all the necessary information. The planned hours are interesting and the place is really nice. But we couldn't stay there. We left the day after we arrived because of the accommodation. Maybe we were there at a bad moment but it was so dirty and unwelcoming we decided to leave, after asking the manager for a solution he did not provide. After our 4th volunteering experience it's the first time it happened to us. Moreover, we have not been welcomed by a manager, only another staff.

It was the first volunteering experience I ever had, and it was really very good! The work was calm and easy to learn. They are very well organized regarding the division of tasks and overall organization. I was able to enjoy my stay a lot and work remotely in my spare time. They are quite helpful. Thank you for the period I stayed with you; I would definitely come back!

We stayed more than 1 month at the hostel, we really liked the city, the team and the flexibility to work on alternating days. Kento was very respectful and helpful, he assisted us with everything we needed to feel at home and quickly adapt to the work routine and local customs. We definitely recommend it to other travelers.
