I had a great experience at the guest house. The hosts are amazing — friendly, fun, and always creating a good atmosphere. They organize activities like pizza nights, BBQs, and taco parties, and also show you interesting places around the city. I had a really comfortable private room, which made the stay even better. I originally planned to stay for 2 weeks, but ended up staying for a month — that says everything. Highly recommended if you're looking for a social, relaxed, and welcoming place to volunteer. 🇲🇽🫶🇺🇦 Gracias!)))

My experience at the hostel differed from a typical hostel stay. Upon arrival, my room needed cleaning. The work exchange lacked organization, with no clear schedule or separation between work and personal time. Volunteers were expected to remain available throughout the day for check-ins and checkouts and to monitor the group chat according to the house's needs. I understood that we received 2 days off rather than the 4 stated. There were also limited opportunities to explore Puebla. I appreciate the opportunity. Clearer expectations and greater structure could improve future experiences.

I had a good stay at Casa Palmeras. I was responsible for cleaning the public areas. I could schedule it like I want to. The communication is quiet flexible and Arturo is a great man. I had a privat room.

Arturo and Yessi were good hosts. They made me feel welcome from the first day. I would recommend this place is you're look for a homey vibe. It's In a fairly safe location and only 2/3 blocks from Walmart with other shops within walking distance as well.

This experience was really great to practice my Spanish. The house is really nice, a bit far from the center but nice to stay in
