We had such a wonderful time at this the hostel bar in Vietnam! The two of us spent some really nice moments with the host, who is such a kind, friendly, and welcoming person. We truly enjoyed the atmosphere, the conversations, and the hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a genuine the hostel experience! ❤️

The host owner was soo kind and understanding, even though he don't speak English but he is so understanding and he try to make everyone comfortable and satisfied , me and my friend got a private room, and we have 2 meals in the day ,the work is easy if you know how to socialize , you only need to talk to people and invite them .

If youre a highly social, insanely extroverted person, who loves to talk to people and party, I think this volunteer experience is amazing for you, it is mostly about talking to people and getting them from a hostel to our bar. The living situation is good, me and my friend got a private room, there was free dinner every night, free drinks during the shift. Host is super friendly, however he doesn't speak english. There is not many people volunteering so it's a bit harder to make friends if you come alone (especially as a girl, because most people working are men)

It wasn't what I expected. I still stayed a week longer than planned (that says it all). The shift runs from 9 PM to 1 AM. You spend two hours at a hostel, trying to connect with the people there and then taking them to the bar. We had dinner together every evening and got free drinks plus a banh mi at night. I would definitely recommend it, but it's best to discuss what you'll get in return with the host beforehand. Not everything mentioned here is true.

I am sorry to leave a negative review, especially because this is my first bad experience as a volunteer. Communication before arriving was poor, and the owner does not speak English, which made things difficult. When I arrived, the room smelled bad, the mattresses were damp, and the sheets were dirty. I also noticed small bugs that looked like bed bugs. I did not feel comfortable staying there. Phong contacted me afterward and tried to help, which I appreciate, but for my own peace of mind I decided not to return. This is only my personal experience.
