I had a great time in Gavorrano! I enjoyed the farm, the tasks were pretty simple and Lorenzo made sure I wasnโt working in the heat during summer. He was respectful, welcoming and taught me a lot about history and Italy, he made a great pizza too! We got along really well during my stay in his house. The farm and the views are beautiful and Gavorrano is too. I left very happy and definitely would like to go back if I get the chance!

During my stay, the facilities were in excellent condition and the work was very calm. I thank Lorenzo for being kind, for keeping to what was agreed and for sharing his knowledge in gardening, music, and tours around Gavorrano; it was a very valuable learning experience.
On the last day, he expressed a romantic interest, which I found inappropriate. While I value his hospitality, I think it's important to remember that this is an exchange and volunteering platform, not a place to look for dates.
