I really enjoyed the volunteering experience. The place is extremely peaceful and the team welcomed me warmly from day one. The tasks are simple. A small detail to improve would be the description of the duties in the profile, since customer service plays a secondary role to the rest of the activities. Still, I’m leaving with a fantastic memory and I would totally recommend it.

Beautiful experience at the hotel the hotel in the small town of Balmaseda. Iñaki is an excellent host, always attentive to the volunteers. I highly recommend hiking in the surroundings and visiting the Hermitage of the hotel Sebastián and the hotel that has very beautiful views. It is also very well connected to Bilbao; you have buses all day.
