The Experience

It has been a few years since we've joined the beautiful WP community and, while keeping open our volunteering positions, we hope to find a like-minded person who wishes to be a stable part of our reality, moving to the Italian countryside to work with us and be part of our team and family! Different positions are open for multiple hotel-related roles. We are looking for someone who sees her/his role as a life project, not just a stable job!

The host is truly a special place, the people, the nature, really everything about this stay is magical. The family that owns/runs the host are some of the kindest people and they truly make you feel like apart of the family. I worked with the horses and joined guests on trail rides, the countryside of Umbria is beautiful. The work was communicated clearly and the hours were respected. Everything about this experience was perfect… private room, all 3 meals, and the family would even drop/pick us up if we wanted to go on a little trip. If you have the opportunity, go to the host.

The host is a wonderful place to volunteer! The tasks are easy to manage, the environment is gorgeous, the month that I spent here will be a memory for life:)) The family and the staff are extremely friendly, I felt at home for the very first moment. I even had my own room, and the food that we got here was outstanding. My main goal was to become more fluent in italian, and I definitely succeeded. The guests are also really warmhearted, I met a lot of interesting people here:)) I was fortunate enough to share this experience with volunteers from all over the world. Thanks for everything😽

My experience at the host was amazing! Everybody is very nice, we eat very well, i had my own room and the work was totally okay (+ there is a swimming pool and i learned how to play tennis). You have the opportunity of riding the horses and taking care of them as much as you want. There are other worldpackers at the same time so you can easily make friends (either with them either with the guests). Definitely coming back !

The host felt like home from the very first day. We were welcomed so warmly that we immediately felt like part of the family. My husband and I volunteered at the stables, and while we loved working with the horses, we equally cherished the time spent with the host family, fellow volunteers, and guests from around the world. The work was flexible and enjoyable, the horses all had wonderful personalities, and it was a pleasure to exchange knowledge and experiences with other Worldpackers. We left with unforgettable memories, meaningful friendships, and so much gratitude.❤️

The host is unlike any other place. I'd describe it as an isolated, small community, yet complete in every sense of what a community is. From day one, you're treated as an essential part of it. To give you an idea, you almost always get rewarded far more than the effort you put in, because once you're there, you're family. For the atmosphere, it's isolated and surrounded by nature. I'd say it's one of those places where you either completely fall in love or simply can't handle that level of tranquility. If you love nature and people, this may well become your favourite spot on planet earth!
