The Experience

Your mission will be to keep everyone motivated, both guests and other volunteers, by organizing hangouts - whether inside the hostel or by going out to clubs, bars, natural spots, etc. You will propose the fun!! One day you can take them to 3 Cruces, another day to La Topa, another day to Calle del Sabor, another day a karaoke night inside the hostel... and the activities you come up with!!

I had an amazing time at the hostel. The month flew by. The hours are as agreed apun on and everyone is really nice. We did some trips toghetter, went out for parties. Highly recommend volenteering at the hostel. Thank you Augustin and Diego for making my stay possible.

I really enjoyed my time volunteering at the hostel! I felt super welcomed and part of the team. The work is straightforward, the hours fair, and I appreciated the support available whenever needed. Hours were just as agreed upon and the workload is easy so you can do personal work, interact with other guests and volunteers and even practice salsa while working. The owner and employees are very friendly and made me feel welcomed. The hostel is located in a nice area and felt very safe.

The hostel felt like a home in Cali. The staff are super friendly and welcoming, and the hostel itself is beautiful and peaceful. Definitely more of a chill vibe here - with the craziness of Cali it's nice to return back to somewhere like this. The work is very straightforward and well communicated! The only small issues were that there are a few mosquitoes (due to gaps in the hostel outer walls), and they have a strict no visitor policy. Other than these it was a lovely stay and a perfect base to explore Cali from. Also, listening to the rain surrounded by plants and art was just amazing<3

Working at the hostel was amazing. The staff made you feel at home the hostel itself had a very cozy feel. Ruby was like mom always checking in. Julio and Augustine although owners felt more brothers then bosses. Nico as well was very helpful and it was fun teaching English. It really great experience h HIGHLY RECOMMEND
