Had a lovely time at Roman's farm. I stayed for three weeks in the height of summer, and while the sun was hot the work was rewarding. I felt reconnected to nature in the peaceful environment and loved going to the local markets on the weekends. Ariege has a vibrant hippie community, which was really cool to witness and be part of. Roman would occasionally lead yoga classes as well in the meditation room, which was lovely. I'll always remember the memories I've made and the people I've met — who I admire for their commitment to alternative living and connection with nature :)

Roman’s farm is the best place if you are looking to spend some time in the mountains, learn about agriculture and animals, and experience an alternative way of living. this was my first experience as a volunteer and it has been amazing! i would recommend it to anyone :) thank you Roman for everything 😊
