The Experience

L'attività cambia nel corso dell'anno. A primavera ci occupiamo delle api. Inizia anche la coltivazione dei pomodori, con la semina in serra. A maggio iniziano le prime importanti fioriture per le api, e comincia anche il trapianto dei pomodori e degli altri ortaggi in pieno campo. D'estate le attività diventano molto intenso. C'è da smielare il miele, incannare i pomodori, fare conserve e marmellate. D'autunno si va ai mercati anche la domenica.

Quest ' esperienza all la fattoriaè stata meravigliosa! Simone e la sua famiglia sono delle persone fantastiche , gentili e premurosi. Catia, Maurizio e Sara sono persone entusiaste e divertenti , mi sono sentita a casa ! Vi ritroverete in un posto magnifico immerso in una valle, sarete circondati dalla natura. Grazie a Simone ho imparato tantissime cose sulle api , sono stata a contatto con gli alveari e ho imparato a smielare!
