I spent 10 days at Arcop working on Alain's property. We mostly did construction. The farm is very private & isolated in nature & the views are spectacular. myself & the other volunteers completed 2h of solid work every morning & afterwards he took us to the neighbouring towns, rivers & lakes to cool off after working in the intense heat. his house is so beautiful & comfortable , you feel right at home immediately. Expectations weren't exactly clear & there were a few miscommunications but Alain is relaxed & friendly so you can always ask :) Absolutely loved being in the middle of nature !

I spent 10 days at Arcop. The farm is in the middle of nature with breathtaking views on the mountains. Just 2h of help around in the morning and then most days Alain took us to rivers, lake or towns around it was very cool to discover the area and having swims to cool off ! It was always clear about what was expected but Alain is very nice so don't hesitate to ask for clarification if you need to. Felt so good to be around nature 🌿🌿

This place is hidden high up in the Pyrenees, where the word tranquility takes on a whole new meaning. I spent two weeks here as a volunteer, and it turned out to be a life-changing lesson for me. It is a house deeply connected with the surrounding nature. It's surrounded by dense forests, breathtaking mountain views, wild animals, and loving people who always listened and were there for me whenever I needed them. I learned to truly slow down, be present, and just feel the love all around me. I am grateful for this opportunity to be a part of this.

I had a wonderful experience! The farm is beautifully located deep in the mountains, but even though we were «isolated», Alain took us (by car) to so many different spots in the area! He also gave great hiking advice :) The animals are lovely, and left free to roam in nature which is amazing ! It's the perfect place to chill, relax, and get in touch with nature and stay in your own presence. The only thing i want to mention is that the house is not the cleanest. It's nice in itself, but dust etc. should be collected more often:) Feel free to ask me any questions in DM!

This experience was amazing! I've spent two weeks there in summer with a friend and if you want to reconnect with nature, meet new people and discover the local culture, this is it. The only thing I could say is that the place isn't really clean and there wasn't much water left so we had to shower in the river and go to the toilet in the forest (pretty immersive).
But the landscapes, the animals, the people, everything was incredible! This experience has definitely changed me !
Thank you Alain and all the volunteers
