Minha estadia foi ótima...o lugar tem uma localização muito boa, perto da praia e perto do centro. Os donos me ajudaram com alguns alimentos básicos. Pontos a melhorar: acho que é necessário ter pelo menos um funcionário fixo, para que os voluntários possam ser orientados por ele. As tarefas e os horários não estão bem organizados , pois tem dias em que vc não tem nada para fazer e outros dias em que precisa arrumar 5 quartos no seu turno,acredito que sempre nos horários de check-in e check-out deveria haver duas pessoas.Também acho que deveria haver na recepção um computador ou telefone.Obg✨

Tem dias com mais trabalho do que outros, pois o dia que tem mais checkout, automaticamente é o dia que se tem mais trabalho, por isso , procura revezar os plantões para que ninguém se sinta prejudicado. Referente a ter um funcionário fixo , agradeço a dica e estou me preparando pra isso , pois sinto falta de uma pessoa fixa na recepção. Quanto a telefone e computador não vejo necessidade já que a nossa comunicação flui bem pelo whatsap. Agradeço as observações.

Lugar céntrico, habitabilidad no tan cómoda ya que no hay espacio para colocar tus pertenencias(mochilas), las tareas son fáciles pero no facilitan los instrumentos necesarios para realizarlo como corresponde (toca improvisar). Seguridad: robaron un teléfono de un huésped dentro de la habitación y no hubo respuesta aún que hay cámaras dentro de todo el hostel.

Cassia é uma pessoa alto astral, muito receptiva, e deixa você a vontade, claro que espera que você colabore com sua parte, não fica o dia inteiro, mas todo dia faz uma visita, e monitora por câmeras, sao 4 voluntarios revesando as tarefas. a localização é excelente fica perto de tudo, do lado da olra de Pajuçara, as instalações sao um pouco fechadas sem areas abertas mas o quarto dos voluntários tem ar-condicionado e banheiro dentro, o hostel é limpinho e seguro, colchões e lençois todos novos. E você recebe uma ajuda de custo em média de 50,00 em alimentos, Recomendo. Grat. Cassia e FB.
