Join our camp family at Galoma Maqbool Camp and enjoy a genuine cultural and human exchange.Experience life in a unique setting, meet travelers from around the world, and immerse yourself in our daily routine. In exchange for your help, we share our space, stories, meals, and peaceful camp lifestyle. We’re looking for a friendly volunteer to assist with housekeeping, cleaning, painting, and helping in the kitchen with meal preparation and service

The hotel is a magical place for me, if you are up to seek inner peace and have a lot of fun by the Red Sea, this is the one. The host Wael is a very friendly, open-minded and respectful person. We spent such a special period of time together… The time that I was assisting him is smooth and joyful:) Would love to come again in another seasons 🩵✨

Abu Galum and the hotel are precisely as advertised, it is an absolutely beautiful place, the corals and clear water, as well as the desert make this a truly unique place. The staff of the hotel and its friends, in particular Adeel and Jumaa have been of great help and even better company. Wael is extremely knowledgeable about his place and the local Bedouin culture. I have sadly only been able to spend a few days with him, as he was called to Cairo for the majority of my stay, but I wish for the next volunteers to spend more time with him, you will learn a lot.
