We need to arrange the grapevines, go over pruning, tie them, clean the holes, and replace with new plants. There are 300 plants and with a different system called spiral, we fertilize with barnyard manure and we need to adjust the terrain a bit where we will build our new winery. Our experience was truly beautiful. The place is super quiet, the accommodations impeccable, comfortable and welcoming. The tasks were manageable and the schedules flexible, which allowed us to enjoy the experience and the place very much.
