As a volunteer, you'll work directly alongside our local Indonesian team, joining community hangouts, collaborating on local events, and being a genuine bridge between international travelers and the real Malang. You will live like a local here. Malang is one of Indonesia's most vibrant cities, but most travelers rush past it on their way to Bali or Bromo without ever connecting with the people who actually live here. You change that.

What a lovely time I had at Casa Devie! The whole place is clean and well organized and the staff is so lovely and friendly, Devie really knows how to make a hostel feel like a home! I had fun the whole time I was there, so many trips and activities going on all the time. A special thank you to Devie for being so nice when I was sick and so accommodating when I had my last minute changes at the end ๐
Can't wait to come back to Malang and see you all again ๐ซถ๐ป

We were so happy to have Alice as part of our team! Her energy, passion and enthusiasm truly make our hostel alive. She helped with many things at the hostels, mainly every activity related to guest experience. She also had some initiative that helps our hostel to be better and she creates genuine friendship with customers and our staff. We will miss you! Thank you for everything that you have done for Casa de Vie. See you sometime again soon, Alice! ๐ซถ๐ผ
