I had an amazing experience here. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Jacob is kind and helpful. The guys working there are also very friendly and always willing to help when needed. They don't speak a lot of English, but it's actually a great opportunity to practice and improve your Spanish. Every now and then, they organise evenings like pizza nights or dinners together, which are really fun. There is also a dome where you can workout. The only thing to keep in mind is that the location. It's easy to get there by bus, but there's a little walk which can be quite hot during the day.

Really enjoyed my time at the organization. The work was interesting and varied and got to meet a bunch of other backpackers and locals who were all lovely. Highly recommend!

The two weeks I spent at the organization was incredible. It's an absolutely beautiful property with a wide variety of tasks to do. From harvesting sugar cane, to helping repair/construct elements of the geodesic domes. the organization is in a good location, right in between Santa Teresa and Montezuma, but you need to be resourceful to get around. Uber won't reach you out here. You'll need to rely on the bus, hitching a ride, or be fine with pretty long walks. Overall the seclusion was one of my favorite aspects of the experience. I'd fully recommend this experience and hope to return one day in the future!

My time at the organization was perfect! The work hours were always respected & the workers looked out for me to not stay in the sun for too long and not overwork myself. Everyone was super friendly & they even hosted a "goodbye pizza-party" on my last day! :)
Jacob gave me great recommendations and it's very easy to hitchhike to the beach in Santa Teresa or Malpais after work. I usually took the public bus back to the organization. Work is physically demanding so make sure you're up for it & try to bring some food with you as the next supermarket is quite far away.

It was a very good experience. I learned a bit about how to use different materials. The place is very beautiful and surrounded by nature. The workers are good people, and Jacob is a good host.
