Per day
There will be a daily fee of $5 to cover basic materials, including personal items like rain boots, gloves for farm work, possible transportation into town and to get to the finca, toilet paper and meals.

From start to finish, my experience at the farm felt as if I came home from a long trip. Everyone living and working with the farm were welcoming and encouraging. They offered activities that connected me with nature and left a lasting, positive impression on the land. Fanny motivated me to push myself when it came to practicing my Spanish speaking skills and embrace my Latinx roots without judgement. I'll hold onto that forever. Thank you! Gratitude is shared amongst everyone intertwined in this community. I wish the trip could have lasted another week; so I'll have to come back!

Fanny and Alex are incredibly kind and welcoming. Everyone on the farm is very warm and want to help you get the best experience, from Ricardo showing me the toucans at 6 in the morning to Ina cooking the most amazing food everyday. Fanny and Alex were both very patient with us as a group and if we had any needs or special arrangements, they made sure we were good. I had an amazing week.

Fanny, Alex and Ricardo were very kind and welcoming. Ricardo cooked delicious Costa Rican meals for us every day. The farm and nature are beautiful, with lots of animals, and we did fun activities on the weekends. We enjoy working hard and helping wherever we can, but unfortunately there wasn't much work available during this season. Because Alex and Fanny were often working in San José and there was no car, it could sometimes feel a bit isolating. We also missed some communication about daily plans and what was happening on the farm, and we didn't always feel very involved.
