After all I've been through, I don't really know what to say. I can start by saying that it changed my life. I've always been passionate about horses, and being able to make friendships with horses that are so loving and well cared for was definitely something to feed the soul. Besides all that, I was always treated by everyone in a spectacular way, I felt very included in everything, as if I hadn't just arrived and were only there for a moment. They taught me everything with a lot of respect and I never felt uncomfortable. The offered house is incredible. I stayed 15 days and I didn't want to leave ever again. Paradise!

My experience at the center was excellent! Cris and Lu are great hosts and I felt very welcomed throughout the volunteering. Being with the horses in the middle of nature was an incredible experience of connection and slowing down. I already knew horses, but I had never experienced such close and respectful contact, especially with animals that carry difficult histories. I learned a lot from Robson, the horses' caretaker, always attentive and patient. His love for animals is evident. I recommend it to anyone who wants to learn about horses, connect with them and experience the tranquility of the countryside!

I had an amazing experience at the center, I would like to thank Cris and Lu for everything, the contact with the horses was something that did me a lot of good, I had the opportunity to participate in a therapy session with the horses, I learned a lot about the care of them, and I didn’t know anything, they taught me everything with all the patience in the world, the caretakers of the horses were very patient with me, it really was a very enriching experience. I met amazing people, Cris, who is the owner, is a wonderful example of a woman, I recommend volunteering, you will like it and you will make great friendships.

The Center was one of the best experiences I've ever had. A place of respect, love and care for animals. There every life matters. Cris and the team are respectful, welcoming, and good-hearted people. What can I say about the horses? Being near them healed me in many ways. The tasks themselves require quite a bit of practical work and hands-on effort, but I guarantee that if you approach it with an open heart, the reward is worth the effort. Just respect the rules, and the stay will be simply wonderful. Cris, Lu, Seu Nicolau, Robson and Geovan, grateful for treating me with so much kindness. I will return.
