I loved the experience at the hostel SP The location is great; the team is super welcome and the facilities are great to have the best experience. Everyone made me feel really welcome and I would encourage anyone to try and volunteer there!

Amazing experience! I did not expect much before going but I was not disappointed. It was my first volunteering in an hostel and I would have stay longer if I could. The work is not hard ( you do more réception than cleaning ) and leave you plenty of time to visit the city or just have free time. The other volunteers were amazing and that's what made the experience more enjoyable! It's a chill hostel with a good vibe and you feel almost like at home. I recommend 100% 😇

I really enjoyed my time! You meet so many travelers while staying here. I worked two 12 hour shifts and one 6 hour shift a week and had the rest of the time to explore the city. It is located in a nice area and I was able to walk to the metro stations. The people working there welcomed me and I had a great time!

My experience at the hostel was not welcoming at all. Since the first day you feel the staff's coldness even though you try to socialize. In my first week they gave me 38 hours of work, which is different from the agreed on the platform. They also mention the volunteers room in the vacancy, but I spent my whole stay in a shared dorm with another guests and after a while another volunteer started saying I refused to change rooms, which was a lie. The structure is nice, but the staff's mindset have to change a lot for it to work. They don't seem to remember we are volunteers, not employees.

We would like to clarify a few points. During this stay, we had a number of volunteers higher than usual. Yes, we do have a dedicated room for volunteers, even with its own bathroom. However, when a vacancy in the room arose, there wasn't even a way for Maria to go because she was carrying TOO MANY BAGS, POTS and even FOOD, which occupied the guest room entirely and would not fit in the volunteers' room. Regarding the tasks, what we charge is the basic amount agreed. This was, in fact, the first negative review we received.

My experience at the hostel has been amazing. I had the opportunity to immerse myself in the local culture and also meet international travelers. For remote workers or anyone traveling and working at the same time while exploring incredible cities like São Paulo, this is the right place to enjoy your WP experience. I would definitely come back for another stay at the hostel. The teammates create a great spirit of collaboration and are always ready to help, even if you have other commitments. For all these reasons, I strongly recommend this hostel.
