Great experience. The team was amazing and the hostel was super helpful. The work is simple and straighforward and it really is a super social place. I highly reccomend it.

Generally the guests are pretty social, but the vibe of the hostel is pretty similar to a frat party. communication and accommodation was underwhelming, while the chores and hours were more than advertised. overall did not have a good experience but results may vary.

It was my first time staying alone in a hostel and my experience was excellent! The place is beautiful and has a lot of amenities (like the pool and the playground). But the most important thing is that I was warmly received. The people who work at the hostel are amazing, super friendly and they make you feel like family 🫶🏻
Also, it's a place that invites you to socialize a lot, they have a lot of super fun activities, the best barbecues in the world, many excursions and they are always partying.
The vibe and energy of the place are incredible, no doubt I would come back a thousand times!

My experience at the hostel was very good and I would recommend it to everyone. The activities are mainly general cleaning, help with barbecues and dinners, support at breakfast, reception and the bar. It is not demanding and there is flexibility to combine with other plans. It is a very social hostel and always lively. It was three weeks during which I could truly connect with the owners, the team, the guests, and other volunteers; I already miss our group a lot, we lived it intensely. Thanks to Edy, Luca, Juli, Leo, Ara, Pablo and everyone for making it so special, that we meet again someday 🫶🏼.

One of the best experiences I’ve had, Dale Hostel is a place that combines an excellent team, fun, flexibility, and community. Special mention to Edy and Lucas; they made me feel very comfortable throughout my volunteering. I’m very grateful to have spent time here!
