My experience was quite good here. Both of their properties are at a wonderful location. There was a bit lack of communication, but other than that i truly enjoyed my time here. Really connected with some of the volunteers

I had the best time volunteering here. Bao is more than just a boss; he's a great friend who makes you feel at home right away. The vibe is amazing because the whole team is super close and the staff is incredibly friendly. The food is delicious and the place we stayed in is fantastic🤩being right in front of the beach makes everything feel magical. Plus, the activities are super fun and kept us proactive. If you're looking for a place with great people and a perfect location, this is it. I truly loved my stay!

Mixed feelings about this place. They don’t have things organiced, and it’s not clear what they expect from volunteers. Positive aspects: Bao is amazing, the place is very good, food is also good. Unfortunately I felt very unconfortable with some of the man from the staff, innapropiate comments and behavior. I dont know, the vibe in that place is very weird… Specially if you are the only volunteer there, because my first week I shared with other 5 volunteers, then they left and my lasts days made me feel unconfortable.

The best thing about this place was the other volunteers and the staff member (Bao) who takes care of us. The manager is disorganized and does not communicate clearly what he expects from volunteers. When we first arrived there was no schedule at all so we had to push for one, but even after it was established it was not always respected. It is still a new hostel so my hope is that this will improve over time as they get more established. The hostel itself was comfortable and the provided meals were home cooked and absolutely incredible. I will absolutely miss Bao and the kitchen staff!

Bao was the true gem of this place, if it wasnt for him I wouldnt have stayed. They are still renovating and didnt have a lot of guidance for when u start. There was no set hours and the volunteers before us weren't getting a break. We were very firm about 2 days off and 5 hours a day and they changed that to match us so they were accommodating and did get better. The actual work is more garden and yard work as they are still renovating. As long as you aren't a pushover, you can work very well here. The benefits are good. Too far from town if u dont drive tho so bare in mind. Love you bao 😘
