We are not looking for volunteers over the winter but if the weather is good in March/April we intend to start on digging up a section of crazy paving patio and relaying with new tiles. Experience with this type of job would definitely be a bonus. Other jobs will be hedge cutting and indoor painting. All weather dependent.

Hilary and Nigel are amazing hosts! They made me feel so welcome in their home and always made sure I was comfortable. They were super respectful with my time and made sure that I never worked too much and had plenty of free time to relax. I also always got invited to join them for their walks and trips, and Nigel even showed me how to play tennis, which was fun! They also cooked delicious and healthy meals every day, and I will definitely miss Hilary's homemade granola and Nigel's homemade pizza! I had such a great time with them and will never forget this amazing experience!

We had an amazing volunteering experience with Hilary and Nigel 😊. They were welcoming from the moment we arrived and made sure we are well taken care of. We stayed for a week and schedule was super flexible. Work was relatively easy, well explained and they make sure you have the tools. They even helped us explore the area and cooked delicious meals for us during our stay ❤️

We had a wonderful stay with Hillary and Nigel. They are thoughtful and adorable hosts. The accommodation is very clean and pleasant; we were spoiled and the meals were generous and delicious. I would 100% recommend a stay with these hosts if you love nature, quiet, manual work and sunset aperitifs with Hillary and Nigel! For us, we have a lovely memory of the week we spent with them :)
