Description

US$1,770 covers 4 weeks. Longer stays: 5 weeks US$2,210, 6 weeks US$2,645, 7 weeks US$3,090, 8 weeks US$3,530. Includes dorm bed, meals 6 days a week, the JTP Research Diver course, supervised research dives and all project activities. Need PADI OW + AOW first? Add US$345 (RM1,400).

The Experience

Dive with purpose on Tioman Island! Start with our 1-week JTP Research Diver course (5 training dives), then join regular reef survey dives, coral restoration and underwater clean-ups, plus night turtle patrols and hatchling releases. Advanced Open Water required: not certified yet? Do both PADI courses on the island first, just message us. 4-8 weeks, March to October.

The staff at the organization have a broad knowledge, and are very kind and welcoming. I really enjoyed my three weeks there. There is enough time during the day to do things by yourself and also possibilities to explore the island. The best part is of course working with the turtles!! Thanks everyone!
