The Experience

The job is to handle the reception from 10 AM to 3 PM. During this time, check-outs happen, so there is one hour shared with another person to be able to make and tidy the beds. Perform check-ins and check-outs, check the bathrooms and kitchen during the shift, and, if necessary, clean and dry. Take out the trash that fills up during your shift. But mainly the reception.

I came here to do some voluntary work and ended up finding a family. I was supposed to stay for 3 weeks but ended up staying for 6. I was made to feel very welcome right from the start. The volunteer programme is very well organised. Communication, whether with the other volunteers or with the managers, always went smoothly and was very clear.
The hostel is a place for sharing, with everything you need, just 100 metres from the beach. I can only recommend that everyone come and volunteer here or simply stay as a guest. It's a beautiful place full of lovely people. Muchas gracias por todo! 💚

It's a very lovely place, I felt comfortable, the breakfasts were odd! Grateful for the good vibes and, for being my first volunteer experience, it was perfect, I learned a lot and I leave with a full heart 💕🪄

One of my first experiences at a hostel in Brazil was honestly super lovely. Working at the cocktail bar was good and helped me understand a little more Portuguese. The facilities were excellent and all the people who work there were great. I loved it; I would definitely come back.

This was my first volunteering experience, and it was an excellent one. The hostel has a very well-coordinated team, where everyone helps each other, which makes both the work and the daily life there very pleasant.

Breakfast is super complete and delicious. The facilities are also very good and well maintained. For those who enjoy partying and a lively atmosphere, it's the right place: young, full of energy and always with a good vibe.
